I have dabbled in the art of acrylic painting for most of my life, but it wasn't until I became permanently disabled due to illness that I became what I considered to be a serious artist.

I have been beyond blessed to have been given so many wonderful talents in my life. However, as my illness progressed, I quickly found that I was unable to physically do most of them, except for one, I was still able to move my fingers with difficulty but I figured that was good enough for me so I began forcing myself to paint no matter how difficult it was.
It wasn't easy, and quite frankly it totally frustrated me at times, but in time and a lot of patience, I learned that forcing myself to paint was actually helping to provide some relief psychologically . So I became determined to give painting my all. First came plenty of encouragement, then came the compliments and then one day someone said, "You know, you should be selling these" and that's when StuArt was born.​
